COMMERCIAL CLEANING

On this page, we describe the standard cleaning service for office environments.

We can advise you on the necessary working time to clean your office, and if you provide us with the number of service days per week, we will give you an approximate quote.

Our Staff

Generally the personnel assigned to the service already work for our company in other work centers. All newly hired personnel are selected and trained following the following procedure:

Theoretical training:

Understanding and learning of all cleaning techniques. (8 hours).

Practical Training:

A week of training work in one of our work centers

Training in occupational health and safety:

Understanding and learning of everything related to occupational risk prevention. (2 hours)

Quality

In the daily struggle to achieve the highest quality of service we have the following tools:

Quality Assurance:

Monthly a supervisor checks the quality of service. Visits the facilities and also checks the condition of the cleaning equipment. In case of detecting any incident, it is communicated to the person in charge of the service to solve it as soon as possible. Control and continuous training of our staff:

Monthly we control the knowledge and compliance with safety regulations and cleaning methods by our employees.

Schedules

The schedule is negotiated with customer. In the case of employee absence at the agreed schedule, this will be reprogramed at another time on the same day or the next day of service. If this is impossible, the company will send a substitute employee.

Cleaning equipment and products

Usually the products and cleaning equipment are provided by the company. The cleanere will replace the necessary material and equipment to carry out the work. The basic equipment include: Uniform, bucket with drainer, mop, brush, duster, cloths, absorbent scourer and if there are carpets: vacuum cleaner. The cleaning products used are: multi-purpose cleaner for all types of surfaces, wooden surfaces cleaner, liquid scrubber for all types of floors, for wooden floors; a special product based on soap and wax. If the surface to be cleaned is delicate (marble, wood, leather, etc.), only water will be used. At the end of the day, all equipment is washed and stored in the space indicated by customer.

Window cleaning

Unless the customer asks for a separate service for window cleaning, this task will be done by the cleaner who makes the basic cleaning during the normal work schedule.

Daily tasks are performed every day of service. The rest of tasks are performed at the end of the day using 20% of the total time of the day in these tasks.
